I have a theme this year. I'm going to try to keep to it, especially since that was my plan even without using the word theme.
I'll get a physical journal, too, but for now this one will suffice. I think journaling is the key thing that helps you keep up the theme for a whole year.

I sometimes see on twitter/X, mostly by Visakan I guess, an honest and genuine interaction with some idea I previously considered "old news" and "done joke" and so on. Like an old viral post or a popular idea. People just bring it up and say "I just learned about this concept and it's so deep and interesting and thought-provoking". And I'm sitting there thinking that I've learned about it a long time ago and assumed everyone else did too. It's always a bit cringe to say things which might be old news to other people, but why does it not feel cringe when other people say it with confidence?
