Learning to touch type properly is so good. After I improve it in English, I'll also try Russian.

It's hard to touch type properly in real world though. Especially while programming. I have many tiny habits I learned, and many of them only work when I'm not touch typing. Like copypasting, navigating with arrow keys, ctrl+arrow keys, switching language.

I want to learn vim bindings, and I did learn them a bit, but I'm still weak at them. My main lesson was that they're really focused on people who touch type. hjkl for movement, dyp for cutting, copying and pasting. It's all so much nicer. Well, I guess with the exception of escape being so far away, but there's caps lock for that. Even though rn I'm using it to switch languages.
