The October batch of Japanese language school learners has organized into a group chat. Suddenly, the information is much more relevant and more real. They are actively preparing themselves. Also, seems like my chances at the Japan thing are pretty high. Many people are going with a pretty low level of Japanese. Good luck to them in their learning if they want to stay.

The people who do much organization already are crazy in a good way. It's hard for me to stay on top of all this, I just want to give up and just wait for the letter, I want the middle man company to hold my hand.

There's been this set of exercises popular in tpot lately. Trauma release exercise. It started to go viral after a couple of posts saying how this small set of exercises helped someone's friend cure being too shy, skittish and something like that. Apparently it brings out some reflexes in the body that help break mental walls, at least that's the theory people have for it.

Of course, I got curious and wanted to try it myself. What I learned is just that I haven't exercised in a while. After just a bit of exercise my legs are hurting and tired. Unfortunately, I didn't get any cool effects on my insecurities, but I also think I was doing it incorrectly. I've seen posts that there are better explanations for the exercises than the once I've seen, and I think I'll try them next. There was definitely a feeling at some point that felt like freedom, like letting tension disappear. But it was so fleeting, so small, I couldn't hold to it at all. So I think if I do it properly, it should go better.

I haven't mentioned it here, but I think there's a breakthrough with my small journey into fiction. I was thinking too big and struggling to think how to lower the scale of the project. But now I know! Instead of the main character traveling between cities, and having cities showcased (like in Kino's Journey), the main character should travel to specific characters, something like Katanagatari. Now I just need to come up with a bunch of cool characters.
